Mis-shipments

• An adult over 21 must be present to accept your wine delivery.
• If you cannot be available to sign for delivery, we strongly encourage shipping to a convenient UPS or FedEx store.
• We strive to keep shipping fees low for everyone. Once wine has shipped, carriers charge an additional fee, beginning at $25, to change an address, reroute wine, or return wine to the shipper.
• Returned shipments are charged the original shipping price for the return and again to be reshipped. Please confirm all delivery details prior to shipping.
• Packages cannot be expedited once they have shipped.

Damaged packages

• Damaged packages will be made right by being re-shipped free of charge. This may take a few days, and we thank you for your patience.
• FedEx and UPS do not allow reroutes across state lines.
• A return fee equal to the shipping cost may be charged for shipments returned due to recipient unavailability, error, or recall.

Heat holds

Wine will not ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground during summer heat. Summer orders may be placed on a heat hold and shipped in late September or early October. Approximately two weeks before shipping, a notification is sent to help ensure someone will be available to sign.

Weather holds

Ground shipping is offered seasonally. Warmer or colder temperatures, including temperatures of 85 degrees and above or 40 degrees and below, may compromise your wine. To protect its quality, orders may be held until an appropriate shipping window is available.

Your wine will remain safely stored in our cellar until weather conditions are suitable for shipping.

If you need your wine during extreme weather

Expedited temperature-controlled shipping may be available. Please contact us directly at tastingroom@gracianna.com for pricing and to coordinate delivery.

Your wine may be sent overnight, so it is very important to ensure somebody 21 or older will be available to receive it on the first delivery attempt.

We can also hold wine for safe shipping during extreme weather at no additional cost.

• Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, the buyer represents that they are at least 21 years old and that the recipient is also at least 21 years old.
• Identification proving age may be required by the delivery service.
• The shipping carrier will email you the tracking number for your shipment.
• By law, wine shipments must be signed for by a person 21 or older and cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
• We recommend providing a daytime business address whenever possible, along with the recipient's phone number and email address.
• If you are sending wine as a gift, please make sure the recipient knows they must be available to sign for the delivery.
• Shipping options are available to most of the fifty states and the District of Columbia. Sorry, we cannot currently ship to North Dakota or Utah.
• International shipments are not available at this time.
• Getting your wine to you is our top priority, but delays outside our control may occur in shipping and handling.
• If you need your wine to arrive by a specific date, please let us know. We will contact you if upgraded shipping options are necessary.
• Delivery in Sonoma County is free on orders of one case or more.

All wine is sold in California and title passes to you, the buyer, in California. Therefore, applicable California sales tax of 9.25% will apply.

Should you need your order shipped, you authorize Gracianna to act on your behalf to engage a national wine shipping company to deliver your order.
